Registration
Students may enroll in as many classes as they choose. Enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis. In order to hold a student's place in a class, teacher registration fees should be paid at the time of registration. All registration fees are non-refundable.
When enrolling please use the CCPA Registration Form bellow. This form must be submitted along with the CCPA registration fee ($15 per family) before a student is allowed to attend any CCPA classes. Remember that registration is not complete until all registration fees are received. You will be notified when your registration information has been received and processed. Registration packets will be available at orientation.
Registration is complete when the following have been filled out, signed and received by the appropriate person:
- CCPA Family Registration Form (3 page form)
- $15.00 per family registration fee made out to CCPA
- Class registration fees: Checks should be made out to the teacher, not CCPA.
You should send registration/tuition fees to individual teachers.
Refer to the Faculty and Courses pages of this web site for teachers and fees.
Please make a copy of the registration for your records.
Registration confirmation will be by e-mail.
Students registering for classes with Kathy Hargis should register with her and not CCPA.
