Welcome to CCPA!

Home schooling is a fast growing alternative to traditional education. In the early grade levels teaching our children is relatively easy, however, as they approach their teen years it becomes more of a challenge to meet their educational needs. This is the time when many parents feel the pressure of preparing their teen for college and life after high school.

Christian College Preparatory Academy is a program designed by home schoolers for home schoolers to help meet the educational needs of seventh through twelveth grade homeschooled students. There are many varieties of pick-and-choose teaching co-ops, but CCPA is the first college preparatory program for homeschoolers in Central Texas and with certified and master's degree level professional instructors, you can be assured of competent guidance for your student.

We are dedicated to helping parents prepare their children for college by providing challenging, supplemental classes and additional educational opportunities that will enhance a child's learning experience. Students may enroll in one or more classes that meet each Monday in Central Austin where qualified teachers and sound Christian principles and values make Christian Prep an intellectually stimulating learning environment.

We believe learning begins at home. Our goal is to provide an extension to that learning and to challenge students in a traditional classroom setting without compromising the freedom of home schooling. The faculty at Christian College Preparatory Academy strives to impart in each student the desire to expand his or her knowledge and to serve God by using that knowledge wisely. We welcome your participation and look forward to working with your student to help provide the knowledge, skills, and principals, to acchieve success.

Campus

Classes meet on Mondays for fall and spring semesters at 1006 West Koenig Lane in central Austin. Also located at this campus on Mondays are classes by the Christian Choral Society of Austin and the Christian Youth Symphony of Austin.
